Got to see this product in use at the dog rescue I volunteer at and was intrigued. I have a service porch with a cubby where I keep the cat boxes. I have used air wick sprays for years and go thru the cans, which are not cheap, pretty quickly plus they run out of spray and it required taking them down and checking to see if the spray can was empty. I put one of these up and it has a super quiet fan and is motion activated to start the scent. It has a green indicator light telling you it works as well as a small screen. The scent screens, bought separately, last about a month and it has been pretty much on schedule. Nice smell and the unit is small and super light. They make one for larger spaces as well.

The scents are strong and work well. However immediately upon installing I can tell the motion sensor is faulty as it runs for about 5 seconds one or twice a minute with zero motion in the bathroom. And the noise of the fan is much louder than I anticipated. Overall I’m dissatisfied in the fan unit itself but the scent cartridges are 10/10. It’s possible they’re good enough without the fan running.

They have these where I work, and I love the scent (coconut vanilla). I bought two for home use, and though they are working great, after one month, this one was all corroded. I cleaned it up the best I could and it still runs, but every month I wonder when it will quit because of the corrosion.One thing I really like is that there is no product actually sprayed into the air - only scent. The scented refill uses the tiny fan to project the scent, so nothing gets stained, and you never feel like you just got a mouthful of perfume. I would have given it five glowing stars but for the corrosion issue. The other one is fine.Edit: After almost a year and a half, one of these has started squealing…. very obnoxiously. I am going to replace it, but, in my opinion, the dispenser costs too much for all the longer it lasts. The money is being made in the refills - the dispenser should not be this expensive.

So I actually bought this to try to scare my cat away from urinating in a certain spot outside of my bedroom door. Unfortunately the fan doesn't pick up movement in dim light so I actually had to purchase a rechargeable motion sensor light and mount it directly beside it. With the combination of the two it is an effective solution. UPDATE - It has now been one month and the fan stopped working. I took the battery out and tested it and the battery is still reading as good but I replaced it anyway. Still not working... I'm going to try to reach out to the manufacturer/seller but I am past the return window so I don't expect a resolution.

We use this product where I work. I liked it so much I ordered my own. However, I can't say if I personally like it at home considering the product never came

I know this works because we have the larger ones in our building at work... not sure if I got a defective one.
