It's a great coil pack Motorcraft I'll tell you a little secret ...
It's a great coil pack Motorcraft I'll tell you a little secret I'll try the high performance coil packs all the top brands the high performance coil packs burn your plugs out faster stresses the hell out of your wires and doesn't last as long as Motorcraft Motorcraft coil packs are high performance how do I know because all of the coil packs that are high performance are copied from the Motorcraft coil pack the only difference in the high performance in the Motorcraft coil packs is that the high performance coil packs is that they burn out real quick but they got a big punch but you'll be buying another one real soon use your brain and get Motorcraft they spent millions of dollars and testing these vehicles and running them through every test you can imagine everybody tries to copy Motorcraft but Motorcraft is the only one that needs to be on your vehicle for this particular coil pack I'm running a 1997 4.6 Romeo engine all the pretty little colors that yellow in the red on the coil packs these high performance coil packs that are out there and the Motorcraft coil packs the guts are the same I've done my research trust me don't waste your money go Motorcraft if you want to be replacing your wires and plugs every 6 to 8 months then go get that pretty yellow or red coil pack but that's just my opinion because replacing plugs in a 4.6 is Hell on Earth and yes all the connectors are copper not aluminum

They work.
In March, 2016 I replaced both of the OEM coil packs on my 1997 F150 XLT 4x4 4.6L with these DG530 coils. My truck was misfiring on 3 cylinders and these fixed it. Exact same part available from autozone but cheaper.5-4-18 EDIT/UPDATE: After 2 years, the driver side coil pack went bad and caused a misfire on cylinder 4. I replaced it with another one of these DG530 coils and it fixed the misfire. I wish the one I installed in 2016 would have lasted longer than 26 months. Also the price dropped $5 dollars within a few hours of me placing my order.
