6 Month update… I’ve been taking these every day for six months now and I feel the difference. For the record I also take a daily vitamin D3 which is a vital part of my supplements. These vitamins C have improved immune system and I have had other benefits from the addition of the Rosehip. Rosehip has been found to lower blood sugars *in early stage testing* along with reduced inflammation and as a potential treatment for atherosclerosis. Information source: WebMD. I have monitored my blood sugar and it has lowered. I’m unsure if it’s the Rosehip in these vitamins but I know for certain that I want to include Rosehip into my supplements as the potential benefits could be life changing.
