These were a little tight on my petite 10 year old but they are super cute. Used a few safety pins and it was fine.

Bought for my daughters 4th birthday. She loves it!! She's 41" tall and 36lbs wears between 3t-4t. I bought the size 5-6 and it's a bit big on her, but plenty of room to grow in.
