Electric Linear Rail Guide 200mm Ballscrew 1605 Slide Stage Load 250kg Nema23 Motor Base for DIY CNC Z Axis

I needed a custom motor mount for the stage so I emailed Heechoo after placing my order. He was super responsive and supplied the exact thing I needed with the stage. Shipping was faster than Amazon estimated, too. The build quality of the stage was above my expectations. It was provided with 2 optical limit switches, more than enough hardware to mount the switches in multiple configurations, and the whole system looks very clean and well made.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely perfect. Seller has been helpful from the time I purchased it. Not only with the products he sells but helping me select motors power supply. The rails I got are great . They are smooth and operate perfectly. I will update this as I progress. I'd give 10 stars if that was possible.Jerry in mississippiBuilding this machine is going well I have temporarily mounted on my bridge but did a trial run with the motors. The rails are perfect smooth and quiet. Customer service is great I did whatsapp with Jake and he is always available with answers. So for I am very happy with these so far. And yes I know this is a little overkill for what I'll be doing but this machine is a small scale learning project. I'll update it when I'm finished and running. The working area of this one is 40" x 60" I tried it after I mounted with my servo it is very smooth and silent. And jog speed is very fast. I have covid so I can't work on it . Soon as I get over this I'll finish that machine and post a video of it

I needed better x axis tolerances, and this is new part is working within 0.001" or better for me now. Since this is a homemade cnc machine I had to create my own mounts and finely trammed it. In the end its very accurate. I may replace the z axes as well, but it good enough right now. Very good product!

So I’m giving this seller five stars as much as the product. The rail assembly is great at doing what it does, being straight and sturdy. Lol. But the seller has gone above and beyond to ensure that I got my orders quickly, and even followed up with regular dependable emails to make sure I had the right mounts for my motors. Great to work with and I’ll likely end up buying more at some point.My only suggestion, is that the tracking/shipping situation was a little strange. I received the tracking number in a separate communication rather than through Amazon directly like usual. I’m sure there’s a good reason it was just a little odd. And at the end of the day I got what I needed and that’s all that matters.I’ve already bought three of these in various lengths. If this matches your needs, by all means pull the trigger.

Just received the 200mm model in the mail today. The build quality is outstanding. Also great service. Heechoo are quick to answer queries and supply technical drawings.

The product is very good quality. The customer service is top quality. I ordered this and then realized I needed a 1/2”(12.7mm) coupler for my stepper motor shaft. I contacted the seller right away. I received the product with a printed copy of my request, and the shaft was 1/2” as requested.If they didn’t fulfill my request then I would have just ordered a bee coupler. Great job. Very pleased.

I have purchased a few of these assemblies to use as z-axis assemblies on some small and mid sized CNC builds. Good quality, and I am quite happy with them. Quite rigid using 15mm square rails and includes upper and lower proximity sensors. The seller went over and above on my last order when I realized I needed 6.35mm x 10mm different couplers on 3 of them vs the 8mm x 10mm that came with them and he sent them at no charge.
