I love this delicious and high quality cocoa powder for my baking! Everything that I have used it in, such as cookies, cakes, quick breads and other desserts, has turned out delicious! It is also even useful for some savory recipes such as chili-a dash of cocoa powder in chili gives it an additional layer of flavor. Therefore, I can say that this cocoa powder is not only great for baking: it is great for cooking as well.
