Do i need to sand down the bath fist? or can I just paint it on etc?

Yes, it must be sanded to provide a good surface for adherence. It will peel off more easily unless it adheres well.

Can i mix some white spirit in the tins?

Please do not thin Renotub™ with white spirit. It will react & curdle. Please thin with Renotub™ Brush Cleaner & Thinner ASIN B084KKN2H4. Add no more than 10% in volume. Thank you.

Can I paint in shower tiles with this

Not sure there will be enough to successfully do two coats as I only had enough to paint the bath twice.

10 hrs between coats, apply mix within 3. Does the mix last long enough in a sealed tin for the 2nd coat. (I’m doing a small sink).

only mix enough to paint the sink, then mix the remaining to do next coat, as the paint is 2 part and 1 part is a like activator it will go hard so can't be kept hope this helps
