First off, these taste good and in my opinion are a great healthy snack. Augason does a good job and knows what they're doing. It's a little disappointing to open the can and find it half empty though. We've ordered many cans of their dried bananas and those cans arrive full to the brim. These are 25% decent dried apple slices, and 75% chips about twice the size of an average thumb nail. To me, I don't need perfect apple slices so it's no big deal. I also love that these can store unopened for 25 years. Augason knows how to provide max value max quality in long term storable food. We'll be re purchasing this item.

They taste good. Not quite what I thought they would be but that's on me for my expectations. The one part I was not thrilled with is that it's a really big can and the really big can is only full halfway which means they could easily use a smaller can that would take up less space I'm not upset about how much is in the can I'm just upset about why give me a can that's twice as big as what it needs to be

You can't go wrong with this brand. I love that I know that no matter what I buy from them that it will be a quality product and packaged for longevity. Having a well prepared pantry is important to me and this is my go-to brand at a reasonable price. I love that I can buy this in bulk and leave it knowing that it is packaged to last. Open the can and snack away or add these to your favorite recipes. These are super yummy. You get a lot of product for the price. Don't let the weight of the can fool you. I like that this is not a chemical nightmare. I try to have item on hand for in the event of an emergency. I look for items that are packaged well, travel well, don't require a lot of additional ingredients, are flexible for how they are used, and will act as comfort food. This fits the bill. My rabbits LOVE that I buy these. They make an excellent treat for them (in moderation), too.

Good quality, too easy for me to eat lol when I'm trying to diet. Even though it's a good product if you ever eat it it's a lot of sugar natural

I love apples. Especially those that will not rot before I eat them all

Great product at a good price

The apple slices are good. The texture is different with each bite. Some are crisp. Some dissolve almost like freeze-dried and I was very disappointed in the settling in the can. I understand that items settle but this can wasn't even half and when you look at the price for what you pay and the amount on the side of the can, maybe you should rethink the size of the can before you ship these items. The strawberries had a little bit more and the banana chips were full so I understand there's a difference in each item but to me it's just poor representation for the price that you pay and the amount that you get.

The chips are very tasty. They easily compare to a bag of BARE Apple Chips. I did not rehydrate to eat them so I cannot speak to that. 5 stars for me, however, many of the apple chips were broken into smaller pieces. That did not matter to me but it may matter to someone else. The chips were fresh and crisps upon opening. One negative factor, a few days later, the chips were not as crisp. The can says they will be good for one year after opening, but I suspect the longer they sit, the less crisp, like chips, they get. I had no issues with shipping or a damaged container. As with most of the Augason Farms item's, the apples settled in the can giving the appearance of less than full. I expected this and it was not unreasonable. I am purchased another can (if that helps)
