Absolutely in love with this supplement. I have had anemia for as long as I can remember and though I have just started eating these, I love the cherry flavor and how you cannot tell this is an iron supplement. I will say it does make your stool dark (almost black) but that is normal when taking an iron supplement (also might make you gassy). Hopeful that after a month I will be seeing healthy results with my hair shedding and with lightening up my dark circles!

I’ve had a very hard time taking iron and I get an anemic often so it’s really help me. Be able to take it with no upset stomach and feeling bad after I take it.The only thing I was upset about is that I ordered it for my granddaughter and I never received it yet. I re-ordered from my myself to send it here at my address and it came in the next day.

These cherry chews are the best way I’ve found to take iron! They don’t upset my stomach like pills do, and the flavor is actually really good. I take them daily and feel more energized!

My daughter said these taste like blood and almost vomited. We got her the cherry ones. I would say this is partly because she is not an adult and it’s hyper-sensitive. I know what she is talking about with flavor, but most people probably will find it pleasant. The company was very responsive when I reached out to them about it so I moved my review up. This was a caution to me to really consider taste of any iron supplement when buying for a child. I have switched her to pills because she is capable of swallowing them because I think many iron chews or gummies will have the same effect.

These are my favorite supplements for iron. They taste good and keep my iron in the healthy range.

These taste like candy. I can't swallow pills and have acid reflux and they didnt bother me. These are easy to take and raised my iron levels. I just retested and I took one every other day and levels are back to normal. Will be using these to maintain.

Excellent product. Good flavor. Other iron supplements that I tried from the local drug store tasted terrible and were gritty and upset my stomach. I have had no such issues with these gummy supplements.
