Golf Cart 4,000 BTU Radiant Propane Heater

I use the for my polaris ranger. It heats up fast and works very well. I am glad I purchased this heater. for the value its a great buy and easy to use.

Works great! I used it in the Ranger for heat and keeping the windshield clear (with a dual adjustable fan). Puts out a LOT of heat making it very comfortable inside for a lot less money than aftermarket heaters in both cost and time. As far as safety, I felt there was plenty of fresh air getting into the Ranger because it is not that tight with the soft doors and other areas for leakage, but I did have the tip out windshield if needed. Pointed back as shown it does not overheat the dash and the heat rose well before the seat back so it does not damage the seat. I recommend this heater! Also works great in a pop-up ground blind with the flat 1 pound LP tanks with the flat base!

Perfect compliment to go with my cart cover. Keeps it warm and toasty in there. Was worried about it tipping over but so far so good.

The serial number attached via zip tie is how they will honor their warranty. My heater has never really worked properly. The tip over sensors on these are sensitive and make the unit shut off frequently. I removed mine (Mr heater says so) and it still will not remain lit. Another faulty sensor. However since I removed the tag attached via zip tie. They will not honor their one year warranty even after proving I purchased only 8 months ago. I’ve bought stuff from them in the past, but I’ll buy elsewhere and urge others to as well. Disappointing. When working this product heats well, but mine has caused more problems than it’s solved.

This works well in our golf cart which is covered. We are in south Texas so it helps when the weather is below 70.

The included base has metal prongs that seem like they should hold the base tight in the cup-holder, but the whole heater is top heavy and any little bit of jarring will pop it out. I purchased this unit thinking it would be a great way to get some cheap heat in my enclosed cab Polaris Ranger. It does not fit in the cup holders on the dash and will pop out of the center, lower cup holders. I also tried to install it in a kolpin center console and that was worse. Definitely not the right heat application for the job without making a custom mount. I installed the propane cylinder and it took several clicks for it to ignite. Not a big deal since it was a new heater and new tank. I didn't notice much initial smell like burning lint or packing oil. Once fired up it operates fine and would kick out plenty of heat for my application. I like the fact that it has a wind screen on it and I could see where that would be a benefit for outdoor use. I have a few ideas on how to secure this in my ranger for snow plowing and fall/spring trail riding applications, but as is I can't recommend it. I subtracted 1 star for the flimsy base that would affect any cup-holder type application (not just golf carts) and 1 star because the item isn't returnable. I would probably subtract an additional star for my general disappointment in this product and transaction, but that wouldn't be fair.

Great heater but I should have measured the height to windshield as it does not fit my side by side. So it is mounted on the floor.

Push button start. Extremely easy to use. Gives off sufficient heat. Great product. You may have to improvise the cup holder on the golf cart to have the heater held in tight. It is a little bit loose if not.

Nice little unit. May require cup fitting adjustment depending on the Make of your cart. Safety trip when it tips. Careful.... Grill get very hot... follow instructions!

This heater is more than capable of heating the enclosed area of my atv, it's intended use for cold day atv use. Have to be careful to not get too close to the hot element. Also, keep the heater away from any type of plastic because it can melt or distort its shape.
