Delicious and refreshing tea. I once met a couple of Brits in our local supermarket years ago. They were actually looking for "good" tea, and looked disappointed in the available selection on the shelf. I led them to the international section of the market, suggesting that perhaps they would find a better tea there. Well yes, they did, and I imposed a question on them, since I had grown up on very cheap American brands and wanted to develop a better palate for tea. They recommended Twinings, which I have been buying ever since. A couple years ago a big burly guy on YT, in cammo and full frizzy beard, casually mentioned that Twinings Lady Grey is now HIS favorite tea. Curious, I tried it, and now this is now our household's favorite tea. I use a thermometer and do not put the teabag in the hot water until it is just under 180 degrees. For us, 178 is ideal. Keeps the sharpness of any tannin at bay. No sugar necessary.

We have a bachelor friend who is unable to tolerate caffeine. So we gave him a big box of this great Twinings tea for his birthday. He says that he's really enjoying it. I like it also. The bags are in individual packets so you always get a cup of fresh, crisp tea at an affordable price.

Love Twinings English Breakfast tea bags for hot or cold tea. These were fresh and smelled great. Good size package.

I enjoy the flavor but it is unsweetened. I normally add sugar / another tea powder mix to help bring out more sweetness. I normally just drop it in a 2L pitcher and let it seep for a few hours.

Drinking it every evening before going to bed. It helps me to relax and fall asleep.
