Formula 50 Support for Hair & Nails, 100 Softgel

i use this for thinning hair but it is for hair and nails it is thickening my hair and i have to cut my nails about evert 2 weeks.

I would give them 5 stars but standard dosing is NINE capsules per day. I took four per day. I didn't notice a huge difference in my hair, skin or nails. As I approach thirty, I'm going through second puberty with my acne. I am also growing my hair out. I was recommended these by my hair stylist. However, biotin and gelatin capsules are cheaper, I take less and I notice a difference in several weeks. Perhaps if you take 9 capsules a day as directed you would notice a change sooner but even being a pharmacy technician and understanding the importance of dosage, that just seemed excessive to me and wasn't worth it. That wasn't even a months worth of supplements.

I have been using this product for at least 6 years. It was recommended to me by a Dermatologist. Most of the time I only take one a day. I feel it definitely helps my nails and hair. There are not any side affects from it that I have found which helps in taking a supplement. I do recommend it or at least try it. Only con is that you cannot buy it in the stores and it is not cheap.

I have tried everything to grow out my nails after having overlays for years. Nothing worked until I tried Formula 50. After taking one full bottle I have nails! They have also made my thick hair thicker and grow faster. I can highly recommend these vitamins.

I have been using Formula 50 for years. It has been a good product for me but harder to find in drugstores. I decided to try to get it online with success!!

My hair was falling out but since using this product it has started growing again and my nails go so fast now. I was never able to grow nails before

It’s a great product with out any after taste

I have been taking these for years and they really do help my hair grow. I can tell the difference when I stop taking them. The pills are large but not hard to swallow.
