Poor quality, terrible customer care
The towels are very average, nothing that one would like to keep as a personalised gift. They are thin, and not very soft.I requested for red coloured initials, the seller agreed, yet sent black.(picture of chat attached).The embroidery has wiry lines and gaps. The seller says these are “normal”.The packing ribbon is stapled on, instead if being tied.
