Remodeled the shower in our camper and opted for this shower head. I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s absolutely beautiful. It doesn’t retain hard water spots and it’s easy to clean. The quality is excellent and I love the fact that it is adjustable. Water pressure is great

This shower system is just what I was looking for. It has a unique look that is perfect for my newly remodeled bath. I haven't checked the flow rate, but it seems higher than the wimpy one we put in the other bathroom. The shower experience is wonderful and you can use both shower head and handheld at the same time, the flow is cut down for each, of course, but it's doable.I would like it if the handles were a bit larger, but they work smoothly. My only complaint is the noise of the water rushing through the pipes. It is very vocal on the other side of the wall, so be aware of that. I don't know if it's supply pipe sounds, shower system or both, but it's not a quiet shower.Still, I love it. It's perfect for me and my bathroom.

Not only does this shower fixture look perfect in our vintage inspired bathroom, but the customer service from the company was outstanding. We had an issue with a missing part and they sent us a replacement quickly. We had a second issue with one if the parts (totally our fault) and they made it quick and easy to order a replacement. They followed up regularly with status updates and to ensure our satisfaction. To say we are satisfied would be an understatement. The fixture is perfect for our 1920s/1930's theme. It's heavy brass, not some cheap look a like. It was a great buy. Highly recommend.

MAY 2025 UPDATED REVIEW:After exchanging emails with the manufacturer they were incredibly helpful in helping assess what was wrong and expedited a replacement trim kit (all components included) free of charge and without any shipping fees. Not only were they incredibly wonderful to work with, but I was very appreciative that they really stood behind their product and we’re willing to send a replacement without any costs on us. As mentioned before, this shower, trim kit truly is beautiful and I searched and searched when I was originally looking for a replacement and there is really nothing like it on the market. I believe that I just got a lemon. Would recommend purchasing.APRIL 2025It’s gorgeous and it fit the bill for what I was looking for in terms of antique looking and aesthetic and the shade of brass however, I installed it in July 2024 and it is now April 2025 and I’ve already had to swap out The valve which required demoing tile and now underneath the valve is leaking and I can’t get in touch with anyone from customer service. Unless a replacement is sent out immediately and it’s guaranteed to be leak proof, I will continue to get this one star because this isn’t awful problem to have. I’ve had tile trades, plumbers and handymen out all week trying to figure all this out. .

Easy to install. I am in love with this shower head!!!!

We had a few issues after installation with small bubbles forming on the taps themselves, I contacted the company and they were extremely communicative and prompt. They sent a replacement part to solve the issue and followed up multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. Great sleek looking unit, suits our bathroom perfectly.

Although this is an unusual design for today's shower fixtures, I got it just because of it and its usefulness. I understand that his design is often used for showers that are into a tub. The quality is impeccable. If you don't mind that it looks different than the modern stuff (designs) that are available these days, you will be surprised about the excellent water distribution (and pressure in my case) in shower head and handheld. A benefiit of the pipe running on the outside may be that you can adjust the height of the shower head and also lightly hold on to the vertical main tubing - if needed.The handheld shower is also excellent, light and very useful. A slight turn on the re-direct valve and you can direct the water into it - or both at the same time. Also the height is adjustable. One thing that you may have to get used to: The valves have opposite turning direction, then they are usually on sink faucet valves. Since they are regular wheel-type handles, one may be used to turning both the same way (to the right when closing). Shutting off the cold water to the left is odd, in this configuration - at least for me.There are no pressure restrictors - which spares me the job to remove them.

BUYER BEWARE This is a beautiful set, but its incomplete. After putting it together (to a point), there is a little tiny box that says in order to continue, there are some parts that need to be ordered extra along with an extra fee. I tried to contact the company with no luck. This should have been disclosed in the description before its ordered. We paid almost $200 for this and now they want more money??? As I type, my husband is packing it back up to return. We are very disappointed, this is the only one we have found like this and its just what we were looking for.
