Great deal compared to smaller jars
Normally I've paid $10 for small jars of 6 so $40 for a jar of 50 makes sense.True jar maybe a bit cloudy but most all the brand I've bought are or become that way guess the vinegar may break down the egg a bit but all good. Also the jar isn't as full as in their promo picture but I'd prefer the large jar as opposed to jamming the 50 eggs into a smaller container.Flavor is strictly vinegar no spices. Will but again

There's no accounting for taste?
Okay here's the end at the beginning, my bottom line by popular demand:There's no accounting for taste, but these are absolutely positively the farthest thing from something I enjoy eating. They would be great but I think the brine is absolutely awful. There's some sort of weird synthetic taste that embeds itself in the eggs, and gives them a very weird rubbery but also kind of dry consistency. That mild, but pervasive chemical aftertaste you get to enjoy throughout the egg, but especially in the yolk, really seals the deal for me. I have tried, I mean really tried to add things to the brine to change the composition to get these to a point where they're edible. I forced myself to eat them because I bought them and I didn't want to waste them over a few weeks in the fridge ( not worth it) I put small batches in several other different kinds of pickled brines, it improved it, but I couldn't save it. Ultimately nothing worked. If you grew up with this and this is your thing, more power to you, but if you're like me, please save your money, and make your own homemade pickled eggs. I guarantee you they will be cheaper, and even if you don't have much cooking acumen, if you follow a decent recipe, I'm optimistic you will make a product that you'll be able to enjoy from the fridge for a while to come.Whew, ok, we got that one out of the way, so if you're interested in my take on this in totality, please read on, if not I genuinely hope that my synopsis helps you with your purchase.Okay, I don't want to bash on anyone who grew up with this. Maybe you have fond memories of these pickled eggs, maybe it's a easy snack that was affordable. I don't know what the price of it is now with inflation, but I think at least it was an ok value for the money when I purchased them.... that's IF you like the flavor.A little background, my family has been making the german pickled beet style of pickled eggs my entire life (and as a fellow pickled egg eater, I've gotten a lot of criticism by other people for my tastes so I feel ya). Ive enjoyed making pickled vegetables of all kinds, with only vinegar or with more traditional additives like Dill, or various other kinds of ingredients/vinegars. So to put it into perspective, I like most pickles I've had over the course of my life that are either western or eastern. Heck I make my own kimchi, and I'm probably going to make my own sauerkraut at some point.I do not, however DI NOt like these pickled eggs, something I obviously can't overstate. If you got to this point you've read my bottom line, which I'm not going to repeat for continuity. But man I really cannot stand these. I tried to like them, I tried to change up the sodium/ chloride balance by placing some in different containers and using potassium chloride base chicken boolean. I started adding herbs for my hydroponic garden, chiefly Dill to some of the batches, I tried brining them in jalapeno juice, pepperoncini juice, and a number of other solutions. They all worked to make them taste much better, and although the texture can only be fixed so much, that really wasn't a big deal to me.The kicker, the thing where I can't eat more than two of those things at once without starting to gag, is of course that weird, chemical sort of aftertaste that embeds itself in the egg. It's not a normal flavor you would expect from an egg that's just been pickled with salt and white vinegar. I've had various other pickled eggs, usually the Fancy pants kinds in smaller batches, and I've never and I mean never had a problem with this taste. I don't know what the heck they're putting in these, but man I cannot stand it.So once again, if this is something you like it's nothing personal it's just something I really don't like. This review is really for people more like myself who are expecting those to taste like small batch pickled eggs, or a homemade product. This just isn't it.

Deceiving
Seal leaked vinegar in box. Not near as many eggs in the actual container as they make it look in the picture, only about 3/4 full. And the vinegar has a very off putting smell but the eggs taste great.

Quality and presentation is everything !
Just got my jar of eggs this week. Was so excited to get my package, because I haven't had pickle eggs in a long time. Opened my box as if it was a Christmas gift, it was wrapped around the jar a few times. ( Disappointed in the look of the package), wishing they had did a better job on sealing the jar. Wasn't handled with care at all, seem as if my jar was dropped some where ! A dented on the side, eggs wasn't full to the rim as seen in pic either. Looked like at least a dozen eggs was missing. More juice than eggs. Yes the jar was wrapped like new born baby in a blanket very tight yet, I still haven't tasted not even one so far.
