I am 6 years post-menopausal, and was still suffering hot flashes, mood swings, joint pain, hair loss, acne (with skin redness and slow healing), headaches, nausea, and astonishing weight gain. I had tried diet and exercise a year ago, and lost a total of four pounds, which I gained back, plus some. I had considered probiotics, but hadn't jumped in because of the price. This Summer, in desperation because of the detrimental health effects of being overweight and post-menopausal, I gave in and tried. I used the same diet and exercise plan as I had used a year ago, but added the MenoFit probiotic. As of September 25th, 2022, I have lost 25 lbs, and my hot flashes, night sweats, and nausea are GREATLY diminished. My joint pain and energy level are significantly improved. This is the only supplement I take, so I feel confident in saying that the improvements I am seeing are due to taking it. Give it a try, because it may work for you, too.

Have taken this for many months and it has definitely helped with my hot flashes. They are not as frequent and don’t last as long as before.It’s a little pricey… but worth it.

This product has been a great help to me. Ive been taking it for about 6 months now and I have almost no hot flashes - occasionally I will get a small warm up, but it isnt an intense flash like it used to be - and even those are *very* occasional. It's definitely inproved my quality of life. Weight loss? No weight loss whatsoever, but I am just happy to find help to keep those miserable hot flashes at bay. Because they claim weight loss, but it didn't deluver in this category, I took one star off.

I really wanted this to work. I've been getting hot flashes and terrible fluctuations in mood and energy, and my gyn recommended this product. I can't honestly say if this has even helped because almost immediately after I started taking it I got unusual, debilitating headaches, had no energy at all, and felt dizzy and nauseated with no appetite. I took this for about two weeks, and the day I stopped taking it I immediately felt better. I'm not sure what is in this that gives some people these symptoms and not others, but clearly I have a sensitivity to something in this product.

I have been struggling with menopause for quite some time and can not take any hormones due to some health problems. For 3 years I took different types of Supplemnts that can reduce my heavy simthoms. This was recommended to me by my doctor and after 10 days I started to feel great : no night sweats no hot flushes and no mood changes .Well I guess I have found my miracle pill . I highly recommend.September 5 2022Continuing.After beening very satisfied with this product I purchased another bottle. Pills seem to be more yellow then previous one . May be manufacturer can explain why ? I started to get worried because my urine was much more yellow and honestly I don't won't to take too much Vitamin B it causes my blood pressure to go higher. WHICH HAPPENED YESTERDAY!!!! Therfore now I will be more careful with this product.

My period use to be like clockwork; coming every month, until November 2, 2021. It suddenly stopped and as quickly as it stopped, I started getting terrible hot flashes. I would get them throughout the day and at least, 5 times a night; sweating and having to kick the covers off. Some would last 1/2 hour. Then I would get cold, pile all the covers back on, and then it would happen again. I searched the internet, in hopes of finding a natural solution, and that's when I came across Menofit. I took the 2 pills in the morning as directed and about 4 to 5 hours after, my hot flashes stopped! I was so excited, because it said not to expect results until after taking for at least a month. However, the next day they came back. After about a week, I noticed they weren't as bad. Especially in the night. I still wake up, but only once or twice and during the day, they aren't as often or intense, but I still get them. That is why I gave Menofit 3 stars, but to be fair, I want to follow through and give it a month, as directed to get the full results. I am hoping my hot flashes will, at least stop in the night and allow me to sleep completely through, as I never had a problem sleeping, until my period stopped. I am 52, which I have been told is late to start menopause. So, maybe I am just taking a bit longer to get the full effects of Menofit. I hope I can give it 5 stars, once I finish the bottle.

I've never left a review, but feel I need to for this product. I've taken this supplement for about a year. It took away my night sweats and issue with waking up each night around 2am. I'm on multiple other supplements and have decided 3 times to stop taking this vitamin...and each time, my night sweats and times waking up have reappeared after 2 days. Completely worth the money.

I waited to write a review until after I had taken these for over 90 days and I am very glad that I did. I saw changes early on after only a few weeks; less hot flashes, able to eat foods that cause upset before, more energy, better sleep, hair and nail growth, clearer skin and eyes. However the major change came after taking it for over 90 days. My belly bloat is now gone, my weight is coming down and I don't have any digestive issues like I had before. It took 105 days of taking 2 capsules a day but it is very worth it. I am taking these for life.
