This item is a must-have to keep your ballcaps clean. My son's caps require some level of cleaning after, pretty much, every game. This has allowed me to keep the cap serviceable, clean, and most important, allows the cap to retain its shape. I have used it in the dishwasher, and it worked very well. But it works just as well with our high pressure nozzle. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Use it for my work hats, and it’s great! Does the job it’s advertised to do. Great performance and value for the money.

I just wanted to keep a good form on my ballcaps. There used for work not everyday life usually, but I like to look good as possible when wearing them. This help keep them from getting messed up in the wash cycle. I read up and have chosen to wash my caps in the dish washer. It seems to do a good job although I can only fit 3 or 4 on the top shelf. This is the second set of 3 I have purchased and, the plastic is a little flimsy around the joints where the top and bottom meat. I have had them fall apart a few times but they are easy enough to snap back together…

I liked how easy it was to but the hat in the Ball Cop Buddy, and how it keptthe ball cap form. It did a great job. I used it about 4 times in the last month.

I have a few hats I wear quite often that were starting to look really gross from all the sweat that's been through them. Hand washing is time consuming and a pain and the thought of putting them in the dishwasher just didn't seem right. After all, I'd rather use detergent designed for washing fabric on my hats than detergent designed for washing dishes. I wanted something that would let me wash my hats in the washing machine without getting the bills all broken. While there's lots of products on Amazon for washing baseball caps, this one seemed a little more legit and had a lot of positive reviews. Unfortunately this really didn't seem as good as I hoped. It's fairly thin plastic and doesn't seem very durable. It's also a little tricky to get open. While my hats do look cleaner and the bills are still in good shape, the holder seemed to come apart opposite the side that opens during the spin cycle and the hats mostly slipped from the holder, despite washing on the delicate cycle and at the lowest spin speed. Unfortunately all of the competing products seem to be more of the same or worse. There really needs to be something more durable that will firmly hold the hat that can hold up in a washing machine.

Cap fits inside well does a good job keeping my hats form and does work in the dishwasher I would buy again. If I needed another one.

I've used it twice now in our dishwasher (we have a front-load washer). Seemed crazy to do that, but what the hey. I did it with dishes too. Didn't seem to cause any issues with the hat in terms of discoloration--I'm sure could vary with different hat materials and detergents. Did a good job cleaning the hats on the top shelf. As the headline suggests, it's not the most sturdy rig and see why they suggest using it in a dishwasher. Comes apart pretty easily. The latching mechanism isn't the greatest and might take a little finagling to get use to it. For being made in the US, the price is OK, but if it was made in China, that's a big no. Honestly though, if you'd be putting it in the dishwasher, I don't see a huge advantage to using it. I thought I might use it in the washing machine even though they recommend not doing that for a front load, but I wouldn't give it long before it might break. Probably wouldn't but another if it does break and just toss hats in the dishwasher on the top rack.

Maybe my husband won't throw away his hats so often lol.Works great!

Good product. Make the job is supposed to. Material looks a little weak but it’s doing a good job for now. Use it on a Dishwasher machine and on a Washer machine and works good.
