How do I replace the battery for the light on the Victorinox Swiss Army Silver Tech Signature Lite Pocket Knife?

Does anyone know if this is now TSA compliant since they're supposedly letting in small non-locking knives?

No, TSA will not allow it. I recently (10/18) had one of those tiny knife on a key thingys (bought on Amazon), that was confiscated. The TSA lady was unable to even get it open, but told me it didn’t matter. I told her I thought there was a size limit, like 2 inches or something (mine was about one and a half inches long). She told me that changed, and now size doesn’t matter—it is a blade. The funny part was that she blamed it on the airlines! The airlines does make their rules, the TSA makes their rules. Go figure. I guess the really funny part is that I also had a very sturdy, sapphire-dust covered metal nail file, just over three inches long, that opens like a knife and has a really sharp point at the end. That was perfectly fine to take on the plane with me, I was told, because it’s not a knife. She did give me the option to mail it to myself, if I wanted to leave the airport to do it. If I had the startup cash, I would install vending machines to be placed right at the start of the security screening lines that sold sets of envelopes/boxes, packing materials and postage in convenient sizes with a mail drop box, to facilitate these last second needs to mail things due to ever changing TSA rules. I should go on Shark Tank (or someone who reads this can steal my idea)!

Do I have to worry about the pen leaking in my pocket

No, the ink tube (insert w/ pen head) is made of metal and possibly pressurized like a space pen. Mine never leaked at all, however the head dried up and the ink stopped flowing as I hardly wrote with it. The pen function may be a bit of a novelty as it is difficult to grip the knife and write, even just to sign your name.
