Extension, behind the wall, they work
this get the jod done, you 2 small hdmi and need it to a long one get this and just put it together as one don't need to get other expensive long HDMI this will solve your problem and it will make your life easy, and yes they work perfectly!!!

Good quality for the price. Small issue installing them.
These are pretty good quality. I had an issue with a few of them that wouldn't snap into the cable matters 3 port wall plates. After looking at it closely I realized the top edge was hitting the edge of the hole in the wall plate where it is inserted. I took a knife and chamfered the edge of the HDMI connector and it snapped right into place. So overall they're pretty nice, but they did give me some hassle installing.

No problems at 4k
I bought some relatively expensive Legrand keystones to go into a Legrand wall plate and found out really quickly that all the people who complain about Legrand not supporting 4k reliably are not wrong. I tried a lot of approaches, including different cables of different lengths to no avail. I ended up buying these, and whaddaya know? All my cables work at 4k without issue. It's been several months without any issues, so I'm comfortable saying these are a great choice for in-wall HDMI termination.

Great for HDMI accessibility
I'm using these in a keystone patch panel in a small rack that I have in my entertainment center to make the HDMI ports on my living room TV more accessible, and they work great for that! If I decide to run everything through the patch panel, then I'll be purchasing more!

Lacking the bandwidth I needed
While 4K HDCP 2.0 compliant (tested with Nvidia Shield and verified with Netflix displaying 4K content), I did not have luck with my VR headset. I suspect there was a loss in bandwidth when using the coupler. Passing a longer HDMI cable through bypassing the coupler proved my theory as I was up and running with the VR headset.I was going through two of these couplers so that combination could have been the result of bandwidth loss. Still a great option for 4K.
