Great Product
Easy to swallow gel capsules. Great for the money. Great quality. Perfect size. It had no effort on my stomach. Also, I was able to squeeze the capsules and added it to my Vitamin E and Jojoba oil and applied it to my face.

Finally Vitamin A supplements!
I take Vitamin A for my skin. Vitamin A is important for eyes and skin. In particular it is involved in skin cell turnover. Retinol (the stuff in face products) is a derivative of Vitamin A. It is hard to find as it is not sold as a standalone vitamin in drug stores. Remember do NOT take more than the recommended dose as Vitamin A is bad for you at high doses.
