I have a few sets of beetles now and like them all.My most recent one’s are these jelly gels.They are really nice.In pic is 2 layers, I tried a 3 layers on the other hand and that is much less see through, depending on what you are after.My others from this brand have lasted well so hopefully this will too

I bought these after not polishing my nails for over a decade. I only used these for just over a week so I cant speak for the longevity, though the application even for someone new to gel was very easy to get a solid colour. Also the value in the price for getting 6 colours is fantastic. I used2 coats of these alongside the top and base coat.I did end up returning them after one use however as I do not want to have the same colour for weeks on end (I bought them to paint my nails as I am a youtuber and people see my nails alot). On removal you have to soak your nails for 10min in remover (very drying) and you need to do it right or you risk damaging your nails by removed layers of nail. Sadly this happened to me, though thankfully minimal damage. As I want to be removing once a week for a new colour, I decided this was too much work to be changing so often. These would be great if you wanted to keep it on for 2-3 weeks at a time though and dont mind the longer and riskier process of removal.

These are great gel colours. They are easy to apply and easy to remove. The bottles are a good size and you get a lot in each bottle. The quality of the product is great and they last around 3 weeks (for me anyway). They don’t chip either but you need to make sure you prep your nails properly. I’m no professional either.

The quality of the nail varnish is great however I ordered a nude colour set but they are all pink and one sparkly. Can’t return them as I have opened them all to check colour

I really like this set I bought the results came out almost like professional nail salon.The main cons- takes ages to dry, I cured mine with a UV lamp on the instruction it said to cure for 5 mins I had to wait longer.The formula is different to other nail gels, it’s much thicker and has a weird smell.Easy to apply and remove. Will probably try others in their range.

To be honest, i hadn't read the comments before purchasing because I'd heard some good things about them... but when i did read some i was a little sceptical..... at the back of the bottle it does say to follow the instructions precisely, the base coat suggested is their own so for the varnishes that came out rippled could it be that this gel polish works better with its complete formula? I tried without a base coat and with a random base coat, and the one that rippled had no base coat. I made sure to wipe of any residue before applying the actual colour, in case the residue interfered with it and my results were gorgeous. The pigment was amazeballs, the colours so delicate. I have only had it on for a day so cant talk about longevity, but it's thumbs up for me. I have also purchased their top coat and base and will try out the full system to see if my results are better than the random base and top coat.To update: on acrylic nails, i have stopped using the base as the surface is too smooth and found over several nails it was rippling, i don't think it had much to stick to, so i just rough it up on a 100 grit and i get great smooth results... on natural nails it might be different.

I have a darker skin tone than my sister and we were both able to appreciate this set. It provides many shades that works with everyone. It’s very good quality and dries well with UV light

I love having pretty nails but I hate sitting in the nail salon to get them done. Several years ago, I decided to try to do them myself at home and bought several different brands of polish (starter kits). Beetles was by far the best quality for the price! The color choices are endless, the polish applies smoothly, it self-levels without striping, and LASTS FOREVER! I have never had issues with chipping. The bottle does not leak and I do not have any issues with product build-up around the lid. The only thing I wish was different is the brush. The brush is straight across and some polishes I have used (other brands) have a slightly curved brush that makes application easier. I love that you can buy sets of smaller bottles and if you find a color you like, you can order it in a larger size. Beetles is the only brand of polish that I buy now because the quality can't be beaten!

This product is no good. Literally comes off in one shot just after an hour of applying it. I bought two other sets last week and tried it all together and none of them stay on. Wrote this on the other orders I got for the same product brand. Do not purchase
