This is the best looking of the Hamilton mechanical bunch. Though it looks the worst in photos. Not sure why, but this is much more amazing on wrist and in the flesh, so to speak. 38mm small. But loooong lugs, though, so make sure you can take a 47mm lug length. Wish Hamilton would knock off the leggy lugs but they seem to think it's part of their brand, I guess.

Perfect watch for me. Creates a casual feel with a beautiful dial. At 38 mm, the watch definitely plays up in size because of the lug-to-lug length. This is perfect for my 7-7.25mm wrist.

Great watch, didn't like the strap, that's the only reason I give 4 stars, it costed me more just for the strap. I recommend just getting the nylon one and buying yourself a leather one as I did. Also be carefull with the size, on my 7in wrist it looks a little small (looks bigger in pictures than in real life), but after a few minutes I feel it works out because of the big lug to lug distance. Lume is great. Doesn't seem to stop winding so just do it about 40 times. Everything else seems amazing, keeper :).

I absolutely love this watch! I “charge “ it every night, by winding. I love the white face and it is very easy to read.

The watch I received had terrible time keeping and didn't even last half a day with a full wind, and I'm saying this after winding carefully too.

I own this watch and the Timex alternative: the Expedition North mechanical. And controversial opinion: the Timex is a better watch. For starters, the Timex is 100M water resistant vs this watch’s rather disappointing 50M. It also has a nicer strap, and a much cleaner watch face. Both share a bead blasted case and sapphire crystal. And when winding each, the Timex is a far easier experience. While the Timex winds easily with nice, crisp movements, the Hamilton feels “squishy” in comparison. I bought this watch because surely it had to be better than the Timex….right? But I was wrong, my original “budget buy” landed on top in most categories, and it remains to be the one I reach for. Plus, the Timex is much cheaper. This is a good watch. But it’s been outdone.
