I had used this product before when it was sold in a bottle and it was OK. The order that was packaged in blister packs had a strange unpleasant taste and I threw it out. I will stick with the natrol melatonin only from now on.

Does keeping the pills inside the packing have any effect on the product? I was hoping to take the pills out and store them in a bottle

I have taken MANY sleeping pills, prescription and non-prescription since 1984!! AND this medication gives me 8 hours sleep I have over slept many times, that has NEVER happened to me in 40 yrs! If my dog wakes me up at 2 or 3am I go back to sleep immediately!! I have no idea why this is working so well for me and the dozens I've tried in the past have not! My doctor asked me to bring in the box my next visit :-) However, I do feel it gives me a hangover for about an hour after I get up for the day.
