pretty. but not what is shown in the picture. the top did not fit right and the color was much darker than the swatch selection i chose. i am sad bc i really think the dress is beautiful, but now i have to return it and try to find a dress in time for my wedding. i think this dress would be better on a taller and bustier woman. i am short and flat. good luck buyers.

I was always leery about buying a wedding dress online, because you cant tell what it is going to be like until you receive it and it is already paid for. But I am having a wedding and really didn't feel right about buying a very expensive dress (that would undoubtedly have to be altered to fit my measurements as it is) to only wear the one time. Upon purchasing this dress, I received many emails about the progress, and what measurements they needed. This company was very, VERY polite and courteous. They kept me updated, and replied promptly to all of my questions.Now, the part you are reading about: The dress! When it arrived, The shipment date said to expect it to arrive on September 3rd. They told me that I could expect it to arrive by August 25th, and when it did arrive, it was August 11! I was very impressed, this allows me plenty of time to get the bottom hemmed.The dress itself is of very good quality. It looks like the picture, and even has a large, very cute bow on the back. My ONLY complaint is that the sleeves on the dress are a little baggy on my arms, which isn't flattering, but I spoke to them after I got it, and they helped me fix the issue!!This company is fantastic, the dress fits me like a glove, truly. Plus, the only problem I had with it was easily fixed. When you are giving your measurements, be 100% honest about it, because they make it to your exact measurements and if you try and cheat, it will not fit you.Thank you so much for this beautiful dress!!!

Of course it's not exactly as pictured but still very pretty. I bought this for my cousin and they delivered it to Brazil! It did not take too long and the people at Chicirl were wonderful. The woman I spoke with via email was considerate, polite and super helpful! My cousin will have to make alterations even though it was custom made, but she is still super happy with it!
