I needed an exercise ball for my Osteo exercise class and this one was perfect. I had purchased a larger 10" ball and it did not work well as it was too large. This 8" ball is easily inflatable and the perfect size for doing core and balance exercises. Many times these exercise balls will slip out but for the most part this ball stays put whether its behind your back, under your leg, etc. while exercising. You can adjust the inflation to make it work for you so its versatile. A good purchase overall.

I use this ball for some of my PT exercises. It is exactly what it looks lie, an 8-inch soft rubber ball which can be used for a variety of exercises. It comes with a pump which works well and which I found quite convenient. The ball seems to be well made; I think it will be very durable. I am completely pleased with the purchase.

Love this exercise ball. I use it every day. It is thick and well made. It came with a pump and needle. It is easy to assemble and the needle stores in the pump so it won't get lost or bent. The ball is the perfect size. It is holding up well and holds its air. It is easy to inflate and deflate (for travel). It does not have a weird smell. It is great quality for the price!

CONS: Insufficient directions, which I will attempt to remedy. a.) Needle is in pump handle; remove needle by pulling its tip outwards with thumb and fore fingers' finger nails to minimize needle bending. Screw into the pump clockwise (as you face the pump's needle hole). Do not screw too tightly to avoid plastic pump cracking. b.) Pinch flat ball just below air hole, and feel and hold the short, inner air valve tube. Wet the needle's surface completely (water, then screw the pump's needle clockwise, completely into the ball's air hole. c.) Let go of the ball, and pump the ball almost full of air, not tightly, because a little give will improve your ability to hold it. d.) Remove the pump and needle by pulling while turning them CLOCKWISE. It might be safest to leave the needle on the pump, because the pump is made of cheap plastic which might crack under repeated, needle removal. Store the pump with needle in a safe storage place.

The product was exactly what I exonerated. The ball was easy to inflate and only took a few minutes.

This ball works! I like it.

This is perfect to do my PT exercises. The ball is not shiny smooth as some others so it stays in place better. I filled it pretty full and within a week it lost a little air. Probably have to add air every few months. It is the perfect size to do thigh squeezes.

The therapy ball is easy to inflate. I have it for 2 days now and it hasn't lost air. So far I am happy with the product.

It works for what I need it for. It stays inflated. It even survives my son playing with it as a basketball.

I use this a lot, for exercise, stretching, back support. Only issue is with trying to inflate it for he first time. Plastic stuck together so strong couldn’t get air into it. Hubby used air compressor from garage tool to start it off then I was able to get the needle in.

I am hoping that it will strengthen my knee.

I like this product. It’s good for what I need it for, for use as a barre ball, as it’s squishy and can fit behind my knee. I like that it comes with a pump. I still find that I lose air in the time it take to seal the hole. A little expensive for what you’re getting.

Item was not what I purchased. Advertised as no plug and won’t lose air …. Needle to inflate. This is not what I received. My pump does not require a needle and has a straw to inflate also. Ball does lose air as has a plug also.
