I think they have improved the texture because I’ve never had an issue with the taffy being too hard. If it’s very cold, you have to warm it up in your hands or pocket for a few minutes first but lately even when it’s cold they are chewier. Just the right amount of sweetness but about half the sugar of a regular taffy. They don’t contain any artificial ingredients or fake sweeteners and it is a privately owned company, by a mother & daughter, which I always love to support.

I got the caffeinated coffee chews. Absolutely love them! I am severely addicted to coffee and these are perfect for situations when drinking a cup of coffee isn't ideal! Lol. I keep them in the fridge so they don't melt in the hot summer time and as long as they have a bit to soften up, they are just fine! Sometimes it does appear that the candy has gotten warm and melted at some point, but it tastes all th same. I also like the fact that this candy has less sugar than most other caffeinated candies I can find & while the ingredients are not perfect, they are far better than most other similar candies on the market!

This taffy is pretty good, I really like the flavor. However, if you have soft or loose teeth, or fillings, you might require a dentist visit after one of these. They start off extremely hard, I struggled a little to eat these and I’m ngl, my jaw kind of hurts. But like I said, they’re good! I wouldn’t be able to binge eat these, but an occasional one here and there is more likely.

Mine have an expiration date of 11/2026 but are rock hard and impossible to chew. I must have a bad batch because this is NOT taffy. I’m not exaggerating also, I bit down as hard as I could comfortably to see if I could snag a small chunk, and to science out its breaking point. I could not bite thru. Just gave up. Shame bc I was looking forward to this after reading the reviews. Oh, and each one has a two tone yellow color. As if they stamped a current exp date on older product. Just looks old and stale :-(

I bought a variety pack, and this was my favorite of the bunch. It's perfection. The flavor, the texture, everything about this product is so damn good. I was not expecting much, especially with a Coconut flavor on taffy. If I didn't lose my job and need to find a new place to live i would be buying these every week. Also, they don't seem that bad for you and are high in protein for basically a candy. How much better can it get?

Good taste, love the different flavors, however, they will break your teeth lol. They are very hard to bite into, although they do soften after a minute of chewing. Due to having a tooth issue, it wasn’t the easiest candy to eat, albeit I probably should have ordered something else. I’ve had other naturally flavored candy I prefer to this.

These are such a healthier alternative. I gave them out for Halloween candy. Except I kept the bag of banana for myself :-) there's so much chemicals in regular taffy and too many animal products like gelatin. These taste so yummy the fruit ones have a nice tart mildly sour taste that's so satisfying. I don't like my grandkids eating so much junk and one of them really craves and begs for sugar so I'm always looking out for something that's just slightly better than what's at the store. I highly recommend these. I don't believe they're vegan But pretty close and just the ingredients are so much more peace of mind. I have to order more because they're all gone.
