Thicker consistency than what I’m used to.
Purchased this as a refill for my 書道 class; it’s rather thick and has a very strong smell, but with a little distilled water you can easily adjust. Worked well with my brushes!

Smells strong but good dark ink
To mitigate odor, spray a tissue w yr favorite scent and put next to the ink. Voila!
