Celtic Thunder is a delight to listen to & to watch
There are plenty of songs on you tube if you have never heard them before. They are a group of men and each one has a beautiful voice and is great at what they do.The first time I heard them sing was when they were on PBS and I was clicking through the channels on the tv - but I stopped as soon as I heard them sing. I have been a devoted fan since that first song. They have never disappointed me. When you see them live or watch a DVD, you'll notice that the audience is from the young to the old and all points in-between.I love the sound of their songs, I love the song selection, I love the production of each number ... they are just awesome. If you have heard them before, you know you won't be disappointed with any of their CDs or DVDs. If you have never heard them before, check them out and listen to a little clip or watch something on you tube - you won't be disappointed. Then pick anything they have done and you will find yourself smiling or singing along ... or there may be a song or two that will bring a tear to your eye because it touched you. This group never disappoints.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!
First, I'll have to admit I had never heard of "Celtic Thunder" until they came out with "Heritage". Now I am in love with them! I listen to them so much I think my husband is a bit jealous! The first time I heard the "Voyage" CD I wasn't sure if I liked it as well as "Heritage" but the more I listen to it, the more I want to listen to it. Now I can say, "I like it just as well as "Heritage", maybe better. Also, I can't say that I like every song on this CD, because I don't. (Which of us buys a CD that we're crazy about every song on it?) But, the ones I do like, I really like, which makes buying the CD well worth it. If you're a Celtic Thunder fan then you have to have this CD.I went back to Amazon to buy the DVD. But, when I found out that "Seven Drunken Nights" was not on it, I waited. Since then I've seen the guys perform "Voyage" on PBS and I enjoyed it so much that I had to own the DVD. But I am disappointed that "Seven Drunken Nights" isn't on the DVD or the PBS performance concert (which also has some different song performances than the DVD) and I can't figure why. My husband and I are anxious to see them perform it. From listening to it on the CD we're sure they're having a blast! If someone can tell me where to find a DVD of the guys performing "Seven Drunken Nights" I would be grateful. As some people have already said, Neil Byrne really shines on this CD. I love his voice. He's awesome in everything he sings. I especially like "Past the Point of Rescue". He has definitely earned his new spot with the band. Also, I've heard criticism of Daniel Furlong, the new and youngest. I love his voice! I think he adds so much to C.T., especially his solo parts in "Dulaman" and "Song for the Mira". He is adorable in the PBS performance. Especially when he and Keith do "You've got a Friend in Me" together. I understand Daniel was only a guest with the band, at the time the CD/DVD was made but, I do hope he has or will join full-time.Paul has moved on and isn't on the CD or DVD. Damian has only one song (Falling Slowly) which he performs beautifully. I understand Damian is leaving the band as well, since he isn't on the DVD or the PBS performances.I'm a huge fan of the handsome Ryan Kelly. He has been one of my favorites since I first discovered Celtic Thunder. His version of "Black is the Color" (which is not on this CD but, is on the DVD,) is what stirred my interest in the band in the first place. Although, I was disappointed with Ryan's solo choices on this CD. He sings "Moondance" very well but, I don't care for the song. His version of "Friends in Low Places" is sooo much better on the PBS concert performance than on the CD. Also, I understand that it's not on the "Voyage" DVD at all. Too bad, because he sings and performs it better than when he just sings it.Keith Harkin's song "All Day Long" ,which he wrote himself, is not one of my personal favorites. But I love Keith's voice and I don't think "Celtic Thunder" would be "Celtic Thunder" without him. Not only is he "eye candy" he is also extremely talented and adds something to everything he does.George Donaldson's "Cat's in the Cradle" is very well sung indeed. You can always tell when George sings because his voice is most unique to the others...I think. Can't wait until their next release!!

CD case arrived broken
This is the second CD I received this week with the plastic broken. The CD falls out of the case because the plastic tabs that are supposed to hold the CD are broken. Not happy with the quality of the CD case.

The Best Music
I can say without out reservation, this is probably the best CD so far by Celtic Thunder. I highly recommend it as very good listening. They have given us variety in songs from Dulaman sung in the Irish tongue but is so forceful it will stick in your mind even if you are not sure what the words mean, "Scorn Not His Simplicity" will touch your heart as you hear about a young boy who is not the same as other children but is loved just the same, "Song of Mira" will take you for a boat ride on the Mire and introduce you to a wonder way of life, calm and peaceful, and last but not least is what I call the Pub Drinking song, "Seven Drunken Nights" that will bring a smile to your face whether you are drunk or not. The above listed songs are but 4 of the 17 tracks on this wonderful CD. If you get a chance to see Celtic Thunder in person, they put on a wonderful show.

Great music
I enjoy CT's music and chose this CD as the next one in my collection due to the songs it contains.Dulaman is a nice tune but it's not in English so I make up my version of the words in the car. Scorn Not His Simplicity reminds me of a few of the children in my classroom - absolutely beautiful song sang by the late George Donaldson. I'm glad Moondance is included because it's a jazzy piece that I don't hear much from CT. I fell in love with Song for the Mira when I first heard it. Daniel does a fantastic job with Somewhere Over the rainbow. All Out of Love and This is The Moment are my favorite pieces on the disc, after Falling Slowly (great job by Damien!). 7 Drunk Knights is a nice added feature especially if you have seen the visual performance!
