Building a house & wanted an exhaust fan/light that was flush with the ceiling and didn’t have all the little lines in the cover. This was an amazing purchase. It gives off enough light and isn’t so loud

We bought this to replace the original 26 year old fan that was in our small bathroom. We went from a 70 cfm to this 100 cfm. What a difference. Used to feel a huge difference in temperature when we came out of the bathroom and that is gone. No humidity in in our bathroom. Only a couple issues with installing. This has a 4” exhaust and our old one had a 3”. Bought a reducer and it worked good but had to go into the attic to attach the exhaust tube.Does such a good job we bought a second one for our other bathroom.Not as quite as I would have liked but better than before.Bought a second one for our guest bath. Has a soft start motor as it has to reave up to get to full speed.

Pretty happy with this fan as I wanted a higher powered fan that fits the original opening in the ceiling, which this one does. The instructions are good and it’s a pretty simple install but I did have to go in attic multiple times to remove nails holding original to joist and rewriting new fan. The remodel type mounting isn’t great as you nail/screw only one side to joist and bend some flaps. I think this loose mount increases noise as the other fan I installed was a larger Panasonic that I had to cut hole bigger and build a full bracket. Was a pain but super quiet and does work well. Overall, this fan works good and is pretty quiet.

I have bought 4 of these lights by now. No problems 1.5 years later. They look fantastic and are reasonably priced

We purchased two of these and they work very well, and much more quiet than our last one. It looks as if it’s only a light, being that the fan intake is super low profile (just a space above the light ring that draws in air by the hidden fan). Would definitely buy again!

LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN. Pass on by the exhaust fan. What should have been a 45 minute job. Is now pack it up and ship it back job. I should have gone with my gut. As with previous reviews. This LED Light panel WILL NOT HOLD SECURLEY to the ceiling drywall. I have done everything possible to keep from shipping this back. That is how bad it is for me to ship back. Another note. The installation instructions are very vague. And pictorial drawings are not any better. I even called Delta tech support line. Which surprisingly was Johnny on the spot in answering. Offered zero help other than saying just ship it back. Which I will gladly do. DO NOT BUY THIS FAN !!!!!!!!

The folks who say this is difficult to install probably shouldn't be trying to install any bathroom fan. I installed this fan the first bathroom I renovated, and I was so happy with it that I put one in my other bathroom. It was easy to install, the fan works great, the light is bright, and it's quiet. Make sure to check the instructions for which timers are compatible.
