back to life natural treatment
HUGE WOW The result is amazing I mix this brand Henna indigo 40% 80 g with the regular "red" henna 60% 120 g, because my hair is 3 C tyoe mid lenght. I mix the 2 powder in separate bowl, Indigo with hot coffee, red henna with hot water, added in each bowl 1 tb of oilive oil (for my dry hair) and 1 tn of cider vinegar with 3 drops of lavender essential oil. the 2 mix sit 1 night in the fridge. then mixed the 2 bowls to get a beautiful Chesnut/ light chocolate color As my hair is very low porosity 3C type, i left the mixed henna 5 hours on my hair, rinsed with conditionner. My hair is super shiny soft, as they are back to life. I loved because this product it comes with 2 pairs of gloves and 2 caps I had chemicals highlight i was a dark ginger blond, now a beautiful chocolate. Thank you

I don’t recommend for hair
This was my first experience with indigo powder. I convinced my husband to let me try some henna and indigo on his salt and pepper hair. I originally bought a “dark brown” henna but it made his hair really auburn. Not good. I did some reading and adding Indigo is supposed to cancel out the red and produce a truer brown-black. This turned my husband’s hair straight up dark blue even though I used it mixed with the dark brown henna powder. Lol, he wasn’t happy. I have no idea what to do with this bag now. Maybe I can use it to color cold process soap? I don’t suggest putting it in your hair unless blue is your goal. But it IS Indigo powder, so it’s definitely indigo. Proceed with caution.

I bought it to dye my grey hair as i am allergic to chemical dyes. it does a great job and my hair turned black, much better than the one i used before, it also shipped a couple of bags with gloves and caps which help the coloring process. Definitely will buy again once running out.

A small amount added to your Henna will make the colour richer, this will last me forever

This is the first time purchasing from this supplier. I use to purchase from a US supplier but with the exchange rate and the delivery charge I was too expensive (I iive in Canada) So I tried this supplier and I am glad I did. The product is good. However do not follow their instruction if you are dying your hair. I have 4b/4c hair type and gradually going gray. I find if you do the 2 step method mix your henna let it sit for 4 hrs, then let your indigo sit for 30 min, then mix the two and keep it in your hair for 4 hour and once you wash it out and then go back with indigo you will have much better results. I do have some auburn strains at the temple of my hair but I don't mind it....

I almost put this on my hair, but as I was mixing it, I noticed it didn't leave any orange residue on anything it contacted, so I did a spot test on the back of my hand, and nothing. I tried it without salt I tried it with salt I tried it after it rested for 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 12 hours, and nothing. I posted a photo of my spot tests, you can see there's no orange anywhere, just a dull yellow which doesn't stain at all. I've been using henna roughly every 2 months for almost 30 years. I've never had a henna powder like this that won't release the dye. Maybe there's some trick I didn't try, but why buy something that's so finicky when you can simply buy a more-reliable product at the same price? I'm not pleased with losing my money on this purchase. But even worse, I mix my henna with a number of more expensive ingredients (coconut oil, tea tree oil, red wine vinegar, and red tea), and I wasted a bunch of that stuff, too, mixing this useless, broken henna powder. Zero stars.
