Uncomfortable to wear
I recommend getting some tanning goggles to wear because the lights can be bright, but the pieces to keep the face from being presses against the mask have a metal piece on them which makes it quite uncomfortable to wear & the piece to cover the neck doesn't attach well so you might want to lay down when using it. Although there are openings for the eyes, since the lights get bright I wouldn't recommend trying to multi-task & watch TV or surf the net, it's probably going to be too uncomfortable anyway, but that's why I suggest getting the tanning glasses. Although, I'm not sure if they fit so you could use sleep mask & fold it over then put the led face mask over it so that your eyes are protected while you wear it. Do your settings before putting on the masks or memorize the remote.

Most excruciating pain!
Someone mentioned the weight of the mask. I thought - eh. But it's the weight ON THE EYE PROTECTION that's the problem. The rubber around the eye openings just creates epically painful indentations around my eyes. That can't be good for wrinkles either. :-/ I tried everything! I put cotton on them, added a cushion to the bridge of my noses (blocking anti-wrinkle efforts at that brow crease) & even a face mask that only let the light get to the bottom of my face. Still, couldn't finish a session without the MOST painful indentations in my eyes that took hours to repair.I also find it has WAY to much forehead and not enough chin. I was actually after repairing blood vessels - sun damage from being outdoors too much. I think it helped some, but since it was all forehead and barely came to the edge of my chin, not enough light was getting on the bottom edges of my faces or the sides of my neck, just before my ears, where the damage lies. I did try using the neck piece on the same damage on my decolletage. That's severe. I had a 2nd degree burn once that needed medical treatment. Maybe with more time...Going back to the eye holes, the painful rubber that's supposed to protect the eyes from light? Well, it does NOT do that. You *must* by protective eye-wear like you would use in a tanning bed. The thing is, because the mask is thick and the eye protection is *inside*, the moment you turn it on, the light comes straight out at you from the actual eye holes. How do I explain this... There's about a 1/2" thickness to the mask, so you're looking through the holes and the light shines through that 1/2" of plastic (which is clear) straight into your eyes! So the painful eye protection is useless. Plus, since the mask is white, the light glows through it when turned on.Let's talk about the microcurrent... There are no real instructions in the box for most of the mask. You need to understand the point of the lights, why use the flashing feature (never mentioned in the actual product description) and about microcurrent parts - which is also not explained anywhere. But I know how those work and only TWO of the conductors worked... barely. And 1 was extraordinarily painful. I tried all different kinds of conductive mediums to see if it would fix it. I tend to go really high when I use electrodes. But at the lowest setting this one conductor felt like pins were being *shove* into my face repeatedly. Intolerable!I think I might try a different version. I do think I saw some changes in the broken capillaries around my face, even thought the light is a greenish yellow, rather than yellow. I'll look for one without the rubber around the eyes and that appears to have a dark sheen on the mask and the plastic around the eye holes that aren't clear.I might upgrade the score depending on how the return process goes. Someone with a high forehead and a different nose configuration might find it less painful. Who knows!

Working on me in just 5 days. Very uncomfortable to wear. Can't easily breath
This does work!! I have used it an hour a day in 2 sessions per day. Noticed acne going away fast. It is heavy on the face and EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I used cotton balls to cushion mask so I can tolerate wearing. The mouth cutout is very small so breathing is difficult. I lift the mask often to get air. However, this mask seems to be very effective in helping my bad facial skin. I will continue to look for ways to tolerate this mask.

I’m really hope this works!
The media could not be loaded. I’m almost 52 and have the usual symptoms. Sagging skin around jawline, eye bags and wrinkles. My neck has three rings now. No good. I hope this works. I used it for the first time today right after using my face massager. I really like the collagen eyes pads that were included. The only drawback is that the mask has some metal pads. I recommend adding extra padding to these, like the sticky pads you use in you shoes to prevent blisters and bunions. We shall see!

Me gusta la máscara, empaquetada muy bien, fácil de usar , me preocupa después de usarla por 35 minutos quedo unas marcas profundas en mi piel debido a los botones , esperando resolver este problema un poco 😟 asustada.

Very heavy
I just used this for the first time and had to stop early just from the weight, and I’m not a small person. I’m sure it’ll get easier each time, but the pic is after only 13 minutes and they recommend 30-60 minutes. Hopefully, the reward will outweigh the risk.

Great light therapy mask!
Great light therapy mask. I've been using this for a few weeks and have noticed a big difference in the smoothness and brightness in my skin. I love all the different settings. It also has a neck attachment and was packaged well with a nice box to store it. The nose is a bit tight, bit if you put a cotton ball under it, it's fine. There is a strap to hold it on. Highly recommend it!
