Highly and I say HIGHLY recommend this to anyone and everyone who wants to add some sound to thier car. Never heard of the brand and haven't had sound in over 10 years. $200ish for a complete package. I had my doubts. Installed on 23 Elantra Sel (Non-Bose) Purchased LOC so I could splice into L & R rear speakers. Didnt want to dismantle my dashboard to get to the back of head unit. Purchased FUSE TAP for REM wire to give power when on. First things first. Came in like an entire week earlier than original delivery date. Came in 2 different shipments on back to back days. "I didn't know this, but thier customer support answered my question and gave additional tracking" one smaller box (quicker deliver) then the subs (longer deliver). Install was easy. Took me a LOT longer than it should have, been a long time, but could be done in a couple hours easy (running wires varies by vehicle of course) Dont forget to scrape paint off ground wire location. (Had me stumped why amp wouldn't fully power on) Sub box fit perfectly nestled into the back of the trunk. The BEST part.... it came with a bass knob. I almsot didn't see it in the box and it wasn't on the item description. They sound great! Gotta fune tune the setting on the amp, but they are perfect!

I had an older version of the terminator in my first car many years ago. It is what got me in to car Audio. I transferred it to several different vehicles. I ended up selling it a few years back because my daily driver at the time didn’t have enough extra trunk space with the Sub in it. Now I have an additional vehicle for DD duties so I figured it was time to get another one! For the money/performance, the MTX terminator can’t be beat!! it rattles the absolute heck out of my mirrors for such a low price. When I received my order I was confused why the cone didn’t have the red “audio” text under the MTX logo. Upon further investigation, MTX did a logo update a couple years ago and changed the model number from TNP212D2 to TNE212D. At first I thought I received the wrong item but called MTX to confirm the model number change. It fits nice and snug in the trunk of my 2006 Ford Mustang GT with about a foot or two to spare in the front. My only complaint is about the Amp that’s included in this bundle. Boss claims it puts out 1100w of max power and 825w RMS at 2 ohms. In reality it only puts out a max of 200w RMS total. I’d save yourself the headache and get a different amp to pair with the terminator as the 200w rms will BARELY move these things. The installation wiring kit is fantastic quality and works great. If you are looking for some fantastic bass at a affordable price, look no further than the MTX terminator!
