A product that should exist, but it works
This device should not exist. Thermaltake should use standards, instead creating their own proprietary connectors and boxes. If the header on the $200 pump was a standard v,d,g like its on many other led enabled devices, you wouldn't need a Thermaltake usb box or this device to convert the proprietary 9 pin header into a standard v,d,g. And its not like its smart and lets you control the 9 led devices independently, its sending the same signal to all, so if you have more than 1 and the number of leds doesn't match, ohh well. Their usb box is trash, it drops of after every time the pc goes to sleep, and needs to be reset in one way or another. So why Thermaltake? Why make proprietary stuff like this? You've ensured i won't buy another led enabled product, so you got me to buy this box, and lost all future sales.

DOES NOT SUPPORT 12V headers.
The box says it supports 12v but I was not able to connect it to my motherboard, it's a good Hub if you're connecting multiple Non-RGB fans or 9 pin fan connectors

Does not work with MSI B550 Board
The description of this product says that this would be compatible with MSI JRGB, however, on my MSI B550 board, this is not the case, as the cord included is a 3pin connector, but the B550 board has a 4pin for JRGB.

A waste of a buy for me.
Bought for the TF2 sensor.

Awful description
The product advertise 12 V AND 5 V, but it only have 5 V support. 12 V RGB connection is not possible, don't let them fool you with misinformation.
