Snow Bugs: A Wintery Pop-Up Book (Bugs in a Box Books) by David A Carter (5-Mar-2010) School & Library Binding

All of the David Carter 'Bug' Books are SO MUCH FUN for a wide variety of kids aged from Preschool to High School!! They are so Clever!! I've used them with my Speech Students for YEARS!! They're mostly out of print but when I'm lucky enough to find a copy to share with my friends' grand kids, I feel like I'm carrying on good work!!

I have bought many of David Carter's Bugs books. They are wonderful pop-up books that stay at Grandma's house for me to read to my very special grandson. Since he's only 16 months old we read them together and work the pop-ups together. The books are so cute and always bring a smile to my grandson's face. We always have to read them several times because they are so fun!

My daughter had these pop up books as a child, and now I am ordering them for my nieces and nephews. They are interactive, some make noise, and the kids love them. Many more "bug" books by this author to choose from.

This is a very cute winter pop-up book for children with adorable little snow characters who dance, skate, and play. Not Christmasy. Recommend for a winter gift.

My sons loves all the bug books. This one is adorable ! He took to it right away. Most of the pages are lift a flap which is great for toddlers.

This is a small book that fits well in little hands and offers a cute pop-up scene on each page. Each scene is appealing and not too complicated, but with enough movement to please a little one. After our record snowy winter, I thought my grandchildren would enjoy this book since they are huge pop-up book fans, but found it oriented to younger children than my 6 and 9 year old.For younger children, the scenes are mostly sturdy enough to withstand a certain amount of roughness and could be enjoyed independently by even a two-year-old. The snowman on the last page is more elaborate--and more fragile--and the dancing ballerina may not dance for long :) but would still be cute when she pops up on the frozen pond.This would be a great Christmas present next year, or even a fond memory come summer of the snowy fun many children had this winter.

My son loves all these books; they're fun, interactive, and he keeps going back to them again and again. We have been buying them since he was two and he's now 4 1/2. Love them.

Bug books are great. Every page is different. Great for kids, hold up well.

This is a pretty book and most of the pop ups are very lovely but... A few were stuck together and still do not open up straight away very well- I have to adjust after opening. The quality of this is not up to most of the other Bug books unfortunately- unless we have a faulty one- I haven't time to return and it is still a nice book.

This is my sons fav book of all time. We LOVE reading it, actually ALL the bug books are amazing! Check them all out!!!

These book catch the attention of our 18 month old grandson. They are his favourite. We will probably buy most of the series.
