When I first received these ceramic heaters, 2 of the 3 were broken. I put in a claim with a photo showing the damage and got an email within a few hours telling me they would ship a replacement immediately. Customer service was fantastic and a few hours after my first email, I had tracking information. Got my replacement in the mail the next day and the heaters were in great shape.As far as their performance, I've been using one of them in my turtle tank, and it works as expected. It's been working for several weeks now with no issues, so 5 stars for that. I don't know how long they will each last, but I imagine they will last quite a while since there are no moving parts or anything.I would definitely recommend this seller and will buy again.

Really puts out good, gentle heat without forcing mom and puppies to be blasted with light 24/7. Happy with this purchase.

These heat up nicely. The only issue is no indicator of "on or off", except that you feel the heat!! Do put these in the correct holder, with a shield. We will but again when needed.

The packaging was done right, plenty of bubble wrap and the 3 emitters were securely held by the cardboard support. Quality looks great, I'll follow up after using them for a few days.

Didn't provide as much heat as we were hoping for, or as other normal bulbs provide. Hoping that using 2 at a time is enough heat and they last longer than normal bulbs.

We have a bearded dragon and instead of speaking $16 for one at Walmart, I got 3 for the same price

When I finally needed to open my three pack that was in my cupboard, one was already cracked because it busted in half when I was taking it out of the packaging. My advice is to check when you get these and not wait til you need to use one
