15lb mono as good as any other
Decent, unusual color. Use it for topwaters in hopes it matches the sky. No issues, gets bites, strong, reliable.

Great quality mono for tough fishing
This is very good mono, strong ,and the pink floral virtually disappears in the water. The big game is above the lb test that’s listed. Plus the price is still great. I have used 8lb as leader in river for smallmouths and no issues ever.

30 lb Test Monofilament Fishing Line for "Non-Fishing" Related Eyeglass Frame Repair Project
This 30 lb test monofiliment fishing line was an absolute perfect replacenent for the monofiliment "string" used to secure the lenses in my semi (half) glass frames. Next time you need to replace the fishing line (string), which has a diameter of .54mm, go grab your fishing equipment and see if your fishing line isn't the perfect size. Go find yourself a YouTube video to see how fast and easy this repair is to make. Unfortunately, I didn't have any fishing line available so I had to buy this one. I could have purchased a separate repair it that came with a few strips of precut lengths of fishing line and called repair string for the exact same price of this 440 yard 30 lb test fishing line.

Value.
By far the cheapest fishing line that I actually can tolerate. It’s a good mono that doesn’t stretch too much, but not too little.

Just as advertised, long lasting
I use this heavy test line for multiple projects around the house. I've used smaller test Big Game line that was over 10 years old and it was still plenty strong - stored in a dark and coolish place indoors.

I should have known
I bought the 8lb green Berkley Big Game line and am really happy with it. I now use it on 2000 and a 2500 size shimano spinning reels. The Big Game 8lb really holds my knots good. No surprises so far. I use clinch knots with 5 turns or Uni-Knots. I pull kind of slow so the line stays strong and I don't lick my knots like a lot of people do. I also tie up "egg loop" style leaders on #8-#6 181 eagle claw or Owner #8 mosquito hooks. The green Big Game is easy enough to see when stringing up my rod or tying up rigs, but isn't so easy for me to see at a distance. I haven't had any tangles or problems with loops in the spool, but I'm very used to paying attention and I close the bail by hand and deliberately line up the line on the roller by habit. Online, some people gripe about it, but I think its pretty good. Go figure. Before approx 1980, line could go under the spool on my Abu C4 because the spools weren't skirted like now days, that's where i picked up the habit of watching my slack after casting, probably. So all in all, I really like this new discovery, I feel dumb for never trying Big Game 8lb before now. Old Guy Nostalgia starts here 8^\ I started fishing by myself in 1969 when I was 8yrs old. I had a Berkley spin/fly i got at a garage sale for $1.75, it was green and 7' long. It had a tennesee handle with slip rings for the reel. There was a heart on my berkley reel, too. So I still like Berkley in a special way, you know? Specially pink Berkley Power Nymphs with 1/32oz jig heads. Or pre rigged grasshopper 1/32oz Atomic Power Tubes with a #7 split shot. Ya, Berkley makes it fun.
