Found this part online at a slight discount to the main parts suppliers, so was pleased as the reviews for this vendor were excellent. Found the part also available much more cheaply from another vendor but it was clear from the reviews that the parts were not genuine. I wasn’t going to go down that route.Part was ordered Monday 13th, notified it was despatched on the Tuesday (although that doesn’t seem to have been true based on the online tracker which indicated Wednesday (allegedly), and then the trail went totally cold. For a week! In the interim, I had emailed MyApplianceSpares and rec’d prompt responses to all communications. OK, Royal Mail were saying to expect delays (indicating about a day in most instances) but not for several days. Finally, I had notification it had been rec’d by Royal Mail yesterday (22nd) and was eventually delivered today.Can’t fault MyApplianceSpares, excellent communications with Ivan. Just let down by Royal Mail. However, given the current circumstances I’m not going to complain too much about that.
