Shade differed despite batch etc matching
3 rolls all the same batch & pattern number & not 1 of them was the same shade. Very annoying. It's quite thin once paste is on. I used ready mixed stuff, so it wasn't even all that wet. It rips easily if it passes over dips etc. Looks ok up, but be aware the edges are white. The wall was painted black where the paper landed, but the joins are obvious due to the white edges. I will need to paint the edges while it's up, & wipe it off the face of the paper. I did read you can run a wax crayon along the edges prior to hanging, when the edges are white. I bought crayons, & tried it, but it was too difficult to get it on the paper properly without snagging or folding the edges. I wish I'd paid the extra & gone for the thicker textured version again. It was lovely, but it got ruined when the cistern fell off the wall on Xmas eve, & water sprayed everywhere :( Both papers actually make my tiny toilet look bigger than it did with white textured awful stuff on the walls.
