Always get 1 size up. I am 6 foot1 and 250 and i still couldn't get into the biggest size. Lol i need like an xxxl!!

No! This suit 3/2 mil is good for water as low as 60 deg in my opinion. Once water is below 65, I switch to a thicker suit. 50 deg is very very cold.

Are full sleeved suits like this allowed in usat sprint triathlons?

I believe it depends on the water temperature, but I don't suspect you'd want/need because you won't be in the water long enough and there's more benefit of getting OUT of the wetsuit quickly. Sleeveless would be better IMHO for a sprint tri.
