I've been using this BCAA for a long time and I love it. I drink it while I train; it helps with muscle recovery and protein synthesis. It also helps reduce fatigue and improve my performance during exercise. I love the flavor, and they mix easily.

I've been using this BCAA supplement for over 3 years and I love its pineapple flavor; it's excellent, and the quality of the product itself is very good. A really quality bcaa mix
Decent bcaa powder, I really like the flavor it tastes like a blue snow cone. It dissolves easily in my shaker bottle, it's a very quick to absorb water though in the canister. I had some chunks form and they don't dissolve very well, although I'm glad there isn't a bunch of fillers in the mix. It is low sugar, and it doesn't seem to bother my sensitive stomach. I generally use half or less than the recommended amount because it is strong and I'm good with using a lighter concentration. It smells good, if you like blue snow cone it definitely has that sweet powder candy like smell before it dissolves. You may have to shake it again because some crystals will settle out into the bottom of the bottle, but overall great and I'll probably buy again I'm not sure if I'll stick with this flavor or try something new but I do recommend the blue raspberry. I feel like it's definitely somewhat helped my workout recovery and it's a decent value comparitively.

Amazing product
I have been drinking Allmax for years and years. I hope they don't run out of Grape. As far as delivery - it said one day then it took 4 days.

Best bang for your buck
Best value BCAAs out there. Just wish they would bring back their original scoops that you could attach to the rim. ALLMAX bring back the original scoops!
