not cool (the primary usage must be for gaming)
When I received this product, it had a Microsoft label on each ear piece...not cool (the primary usage must be for gaming). It works reasonably well, but I am not sure it will hold out for the long term. I am using it as a head set on a motorcycle and I am not sure it will survive the weather (e.g. rain, heat, and cold)

misleading advertisement
Its fine for no helmet riding in other states but you said it works with all helmets. Not in my opinion the wrap around portion is uncomfortable with full face helmet and speakers too bulky putting pressure on ears. I will keep them but I had to get ones made for for my Nolan 61 modular helmet

These are Xbox gaming headphones
These do not work on my 2015 Road Glide Ultra. I bought the Harley brand ones and they work great, so it isn't a configuration issue. These are not meant for riding, they are gaming headphones. Mine actually say Microsoft on the side of them, so they are the same cheap ones you can get for the Xbox with a different plug. I have tried to return them for a refund...it is now a month later and still don't have y money back. No communication from them, so have to file a claim with Amazon to get this processed. What a pain!

Great headset at Great price
Work like they said, watch the video on YouTube, it explained all the volume controls involved with a Harley. As good as the Harley brand, but a quarter the cost.
