the architect of the building suggest an architecture where you can disassemble and reuse the part as the same of other use.it was obviously written with an environmentally responsible attitude.there is an extensive use of borsch section in aluminium but hey, there is something more obvious and inventedalready.....................wood structures.Wood however takes at least 2 to 50 years to grow and people who care about time dries them for 25 years.So I think this attempt maybe a good one. This model of architecture strategy however cant be used in Singapore because it needs to be totally fire rated.
