Usually an 8 but a 10 is perfect in these shorts, really nice on, comfortable to wear.

They're really comfy and stretch well, the only problem I had what that the hems on the legs were a bit too tight on me. Elsewise they fit great! They don't go see through when they stretch either :)

I have to say out of all the Amazon brand workout shorts I have these are my favourite. Very stylish and definitely flattering. They fit perfect, they suck you in and hold everything in place. The length is just right for me, it's strong and has good stretch to it. I would definitely recommend 100%. I am a size 10 and 5ft 7 inches and bought a small.Updated: After countless washes after close to 8/9 months this shorts still look as new. It has not lost it's stretch and it's one of my my favourite workout shorts out of my bunch.

Ordered my clothes size and the fit is spot on.The high waistband doesn’t roll down when running, the shorts are a great fit and really flattering. The side detailing gives them that something extra. I would definitely order again.

These are nice shorts - bought the size I would usually and they’re comfortable but would be forgiving either way due to the stretch. High waisted which can role slightly but not much and the Punch out design on the legs is a nice feature.

Great for yoga and working out, fit as expected and stay put - no rolling etc

In real life it looks just like on pictures. Fabric is very stretchy and thick. Fits very good on the body.
