I used these to make pasta sauce and it tasted amazing. I usually have to add a pinch of sugar but I didn’t need any. It made the perfect pasta!

I did a side by side tasting with this product and a brand I had been buying for decades. This California product was by far the best of the two. The Bianco DiNapoli had the flavor of ripe tomatoes.

I too love these tomatoes. I am Sicilian and was raised on home made sauce from tomatoes raised or purchased by the buschels so we had canned to last till we repeated the process. The option was a prominent brand which over the years has become too acidic. This brand is a winner.I just wish that when ordered and shipped they protect the shipment better. I receive some dented cans which I don't like. I hope the provider reads this and corrects the problem.

While I feel it is a bit over-hyped and expensive if not on sale, I appreciate the fresh tomato taste and that it is organic.

I can't speak for all of the worlds San marzanos but this company is my favorite domestic tomato
