Wow they worked a treat

Very good for constipation but the price has increased rapidly in the past few weeks. Won’t be buying again unless the price is lowered to a reasonable amount

Find them easy to swallow. Suffer alot from bloating. I can see a slight change in my abdominal not as bloated. I take 2 at night before I go to bed. I have found that helps. It took 2 days for them to work properly. You have to drink alot of fluids. I would buy them again, love the slim line bottle very easy to store it.

I take 2 tablets at night and find that they are gentle but effective, unlike many other products that I've tried in the past. Best taken with a large drink of flavoured water as they don't taste nice, but a small price to pay for something that works so well.

They did nothing for me but not everyone is the same i would not be ordering that specefic tablet again

Wanted an easily digested medicine to cleanse my system.Tablets are easy to swallow. Two tablets were sufficient each day for purpose.Jury still out on long term benefits.

I've tried a few different fibres as I have to take codeine daily and it causes constipation. Nothing ever worked satisfactorily until I tried this product. Now all is well and regular. Almost miraculous, to be honest, as it works perfectly without any discomfort. Really impressed.

This is quite a bizarre treatment for a laxative. I have had IBS for over 30 years and go from constipation to diarrhoea weekly, I can go a week without 'going' and then use a laxative for a couple of days. Sometimes I'm the opposite and need diarrhoea relief for a couple of days. So when I saw these I was hoping I may get a longer term relief. The first day I took one tablet, the next couple of days I took one tablet twice a day. I didn't go to the loo at all. I then took two tablets twice and felt the tell tale gripe latex at night and finally 'went'. I continued with one tablet twice a day for a couple of weeks and found that after a few days I needed to go, this seemed to be the norm then just going every few days. These tablets are not the usual type of laxative they seem to make your poo move along and then bunch together in your bowel so you can excrete. Once I do go i sti need to use my portable bidet to cleanse but it's not quite diarrhoea. So they seem to work for me as in making me less constipated and bloated. I doubt I'd continue taking every day but would certainly take them during a bad constipation episode for a few days or a week. I'd have to use these for much longer before I decide if they're worth me paying £19.99 for a second box. It's a lot of money when you coukd perhaps just take half the dosage of senna tablets to perhaps achieve the same way of moving stools along the colon to the bowel.
