Love this product.

This product is one of quality and can help with digestion; however, it must remain COLD or it looses its efficacy. I would give it 4 stars, but I gave it one star because it arrived WARM, which means it is worthless. I paid around $50 and Amazon wouldn't take a return.

Good product. Does not need to be refrigerated per my doctor. Says very little is lost keeping out of a frig. Like everything else of good quality their a bit expensive but I got a good deal on this one.

I bought this on a recommendation that it's one of the best probiotics available and I'm vegan so it narrows the options. It's a great quality supplement and although it didn't come cold, I contacted Klaire Labs and they confirmed that this is indeed an authorized seller. Additionally, they don't ship any differently than this retailer. It's OK if it arrives warm. The cold pack only keeps things cold for 1 day and they ship internationally with no issue. Nothing in the supplement goes bad and it doesn't lose its effectiveness. So with this reassurance directly from KL, I kept it and will be a long time customer. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here many times over.
