Great clock for a Ham Shack or SWL
To start I'll say that a really love the way this clock looks. The colors and unique dial really stand out. 24 hour clocks aren't all that common. You either get a LED thing or some plain black and white analog, so finding one with a little character that's aimed at the amateur radio hobby is pretty nice. I just keep mine set to GMT (utc) still it's a time I typically use.The dial is a bit odd at first because the time zones marked on the frame are opposite of the map dial... Except to GMT and the date line. Earth doesn't spin clockwise like the hands of a clock and a reversed map would just be weird. Either way it's a nice clock with great looks and character. So far it's been quite and accurate. Mine came from Gigaparts (a popular ham radio supplier) and was well packaged and arrived in top shape. 73PS. Don't let a flat earther see the dial.

Fine operations. No problems.
No indication of standard time numeration.

Nice idea, but not the best implementation.
Generally a nice idea, and it is catchy enough, but someone failed to really think about what time means relative to the rotation of our planet and the apparent position of the sun in the sky.The setting of time relative to UTC/GMT0 is based on the sun passing over Greenwich at noon. This means that the hour hand (which tracks the relative position of the sun in the sky) should point _at_ Greenwich at noon. I.e. The clock-face is 12-hours off. Curiously, you can easily rotate the glass plate in this clock 12 hours, to correct for this (which I did). The other oddity with this design is that the TZ offsets listed on the face, while technically correct, are on the wrong side of the face relative to the map. E.g. the TZ offset for Moscow (-3) should be listed "over" Moscow, not over Greenland (+3). I get that it is a tradition in 24 clocks to represent the time-zones this way, but that tradition should have been tossed the second the map was added to the face. The entire clock face would be a lot more intuitive w/ just these two small changes in its design (though one of them is totally fixable by anyone whom owns the clock).

Not a good buy.
Second hand hung up the second day and it stopped keeping time. Don't waste your money.

Nice clock. Very different!
Nice 24 hour clock. Keeps time just fine. Takes a little getting used to the 24 dosplay if you're not used to it. Overall, very satisfied.
