These come in so handy if you're out on a backpacking trip or a fishing trip or if you're just curious and want to give one a try they are literally Lifesavers and the value for the money is no matter what they can save your life, there are trusted name brand water filter that gives you drinkable water quality, the weight and size are perfect to have in a backpack, a truck, a car, a boat, in a bike pack or whatever. I'm sure you catch my drift the build quality is really good too I have used one of these before just for the sake of seeing if I got sick if I drink some questionable water. I can say with all confidence I did not get sick and in a scenario where there could be an emergency you don't want to be empty-handed when it comes to away to have the ability to drink water and to be safe and knowing your kids would be safe as well and obviously the ability to start a fire in a responsible manner but fire water and shelter are the three most important things in a survival situation. So, Deal or No Deal, Black Friday or Amazon days or whatever buy multiple packs of these so you can give them as gifts or so you can teach your friends and family and kids how to use these as the price point is very fair for something that can literally save your life if you are around a water source and you aren't able to boil it. Hats off to the people who invent this kind of stuff and as an avid Outdoorsman I keep these things in my boat, and my kayak, and my car, and my truck, and in my backpacks and I always make sure my kids have one as well just because!

Work well. Have used once when camping.

I was able to use the first one, one time. The second time I went to use it ceased up on me.

I ordered the bundle. We just had the massive snow storm in ohio so we actually got a chance to use our life straws when the weather hit minus 30 degrees. Brought in snow and melted it. Two of the five straws were extremely clogged from the jump. Very disappointing. I did all the flow back and unclogging methods to no avail. The other three worked fine but still a bummer. So thats only a 60% success rate. Not great.

Part of my emergency back up plan. Appears to be a high quality product but I have not used them nor will I unless I truly need them.

This item was advertised as a pack of 5 LifeStraws. When it arrived, the package was NOT sealed and there were only 4 LifeStraws in the box. The product may be just great, but I needed 5. I would like to have the fifth one replaced. Just can't imagine getting an Amazon package that was not sealed! Also there was no documentation inside the box. Contacted the manufacturer but they said the 5-pack was Amazon's doing. No place to talk with Amazon unless I want to return it and buy again at the now higher price.

A must have for emergency purposes.

As these are for an emergency purpose the have not been tried. Their reputation's good so I won't try them out but save them for when they are needed.

Item come very quickly, well packed and sealed, it says can filter up to 4K liters, 99.99% filtration.

Works well , have not got sick drinking from questionable sources . Does plug if too much chunks in the water lol but can be cleared and keep using. Great for camping and hiking
