Easy to use and helps in my works outs for sciatica back and leg pain. It provides good stretching ability with out force .

Poor quality, poor instructions.
This item is cheaply made and doesn't seem as though it will last for more than a few sessions of exercise. Another problem is it came with a 3 x 2 piece of paper showing exercies - I think. I have low vision so this small piece of paper was useless. Even watching the video and video reviews wasn't any help, as they don't describe the exercise, just give a few seconds of it in use.I found the multiple cords to be a hindrance as they tangle together and ilnterfere with leg function.Cannot recommend. Returning today.

Good for the price
Good item, needs a bit more tension though. A person would grow out of it pretty quick.

Too firm in resistance for me.
Changed my mind after receiving it. For me, it is too resistive (I am an upper Sr. age female and healthy, but recently strength can be a bit more of a challenge --- this one is too resistive for me -- wouldn`t provide an appropriate level of working with it for me. Returned it. I prefer the singular stretch resistant tubular band with handles I already have -- may get another like it with the next level of resistance.
