Perfect fit and easy to install
My clear glass shower door needed a new bottom wipe. My old one looked just like this one, but had lost one of its wipers, as well as just looking bad after 8 years. I purchased one of these to replace it and found that it is just great. The channel fit is nice and snug on my door - still installable, but does not slip. I did not find the material difficult to cut. I used an Xacto "razor saw", which is a super narrow kerf hobby saw for use on plastic models. Just the thing that I happened to have around the house. If I had not had this, I think it would have still been easy enough if I used a sharp box cutter to score it and then break it. I sanded the sharp edge just a bit using 1100 grit sandpaper and now it's perfect."Why did you have to cut it?" you may ask. The reason is that the supplier gives you about an extra inch of material so you can custom fit it to your particular door. So, my 28" piece was really closer to 29" as delivered, which is just great for me. Many of these custom doors can be just a tiny bit off, which is a bad thing if you are attempting to block water spray. No chance of that now with my perfectly custom fit wipe. Finally, I got mine for three dollars SHIPPING INCLUDED!!!! There is NO better value than that, not to mention the excellent delivery and packaging. I liked it all so much, I bought a second one for the other shower/bath.

Some installation work to do.
So, I ordered a 28" unit and got 36" - not sure if it was a picking mistake or just laziness. I am handy, so rather than return it I cut it down to size with a hacksaw and sanded all the sharp edges down and rounded the inside drip rail on the ends. Be sure to check the inside drip rail against the shower doorway before cutting to look for interference for the door to close. I had to cut a little piece of the drip rail off on the inside for the door to close completely. Finally, the wipe skirt underneath was a little shorter, so had to push the rail down a bit to meet the shower base under the door after installing it, to be sure water doesn't leak underneath. This all may be the case with any other replacement product out there - it needs to be a snug fit to your shower door for no water to get out. We'll see how it performs. Good luck...

Too long
The product was delivered an inch longer than described which was too long for my shower door and I had no way to cut is without making it look bad or breaking the hard plastic.

fits the bottom of our 3/8" glass shower door well
Our door measures 25", so I knew that I would need to trim 3" off. This was simple to do with an inexpensive utility knife. I actually ordered and received this in 2015 and stored it until the drip rail that I previously installed wore out. Looks like the life of a drip rail is approx. 4 years for us. I'm about to order another replacement that I expect to install in 2023!

Nice product - easily adjusted to my situation
CRL Co-extruded Clear Bottom Wipe with Drip Rail for 3/8" Glass - 28 in Long This part was delivered quickly, packaged well, and fits well. I was not surprised to do some cutting myself, because my door has a bottom bracket that holds the glass, but the product cut fine with a coping saw. My old drip rail only had 1 downward tab, and this one has two, but that works very well and I am pleased.

Not for doors that slide through a bottom guide
This door wipe could have worked if the U-channel were made deeper. The drip rail that extends out at an angle to divert shower water was not mounted deep enough to clear the bottom door guide for our new frameless shower door. I trimmed the bottom fins because they could not clear the door guide, but I was disappointed that the angle piece wouldn't help either. It's a god thing that the product was inexpensive, because it was useless for my application.

Not "clear" but "transparent, blue tint"
It is not "clear", but has distinct bluish color, exactly as shown on the photo. I was hoping the blue tint was done by Photoshop to market it better, but it turned out not.
